1. Check the size chart
Always check the size chart on the product page and choose the one that matches your body type.

2. Compare with apparel you already own
If actual measurements are provided, it's easier to compare them with well-fitting apparel you currently own.

3. Is it better to go larger than too small?
We find that many customers order a larger size when shopping online.

For sports bras and leggings, wearing them with a snug fit will help you perform at your best, so if you're unsure, it's recommended to choose the smaller size.

Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders over ¥4,900.

For orders less than that, a flat rate of ¥800 (tax included) will be charged. For Okinawa, a flat rate of ¥1,200 will be charged regardless of the order amount.

Delivery
Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following day.

The earliest possible delivery is the morning of the next day (for the Honshu area).

<Exchanges>
If the size doesn't fit or the item isn't as you imagined, you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Even sale items can be exchanged for a 500 yen fee.

<Returns>
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items purchased during a sale period or discounted items.

<Cases where returns and exchanges are not accepted>
We cannot accept exchanges or returns for items that have been worn (except for trying on), washed, had tags removed, or for some items such as socks or large products.
