If you are not comfortable with computers or the internet, we also accept orders by phone or LINE.
However, we send order confirmations and shipping notifications by email, so if you cannot use email, we will not be able to accept your order. Thank you for your understanding.

If you made a mistake with the quantity and would like to reduce your order, or if you made a mistake with the order itself and would like to cancel it, please contact customer support immediately at 050-5897-4986 or hello@kitstore.jp. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the product has not yet been shipped.
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, a refund will be issued for the amount minus a 324 yen handling fee. Thank you for your understanding.

If you do not receive an email 30 minutes after completing your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly, or the email may be in your spam or trash folder due to your provider or email software settings.
If you have not received an email with the subject line "[KIT] Thank you for your order" anywhere, please contact us at hello@kitstore.jp.
If you have specified a domain, please configure your settings to receive emails from shopify.com and kitstore.jp.
* We often receive reports that emails from mobile carriers cannot be received. KIT often communicates via email, so to avoid problems, please use an email address other than a mobile carrier's as much as possible. -
KITSTORE is currently only available as an online store. We appreciate your understanding.
We plan to participate in pop-up shops and other events in the future.
Regarding shipping

Free shipping on orders over ¥4,900. Orders under that amount will be charged ¥800.
Okinawa has a flat rate of ¥1,200 regardless of the order amount.
We also ship internationally. Shipping costs vary by region. -
We do ship overseas. Shipping charges vary depending on the area of delivery.
Asia: Free for purchases of 15,000 yen or more. 2,000 yen for purchases less than 15,000 yen
North America, Europe, Oceania: Free for purchases of 25,000 yen or more. A flat rate of 5,000 yen for purchases less than 25,000 yen

If you order by 12:00 PM, we can deliver it to the Honshu area as early as the next morning. For Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and remote islands, it will take an additional 1-3 days.
We ship daily from our warehouse in Saitama Prefecture, excluding Sundays, public holidays, company-designated holidays, and the New Year holidays.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from KIT. This email will include your tracking number and a tracking link, which you can use to check the delivery status.
The number of days for delivery after shipping is generally one to two days, according to the estimated delivery times of Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express.
However, please note that delivery times may be longer than expected during busy periods.
Exchanges and Returns

Yes. To ensure you can shop with confidence at KIT, if you purchase an item that doesn't fit, for example, we offer exchanges for a different color or size of the same product within 30 days of purchase.
Additionally, if a different size or color of the same product is out of stock, it will be treated as a return, and we will refund the product price (excluding sale items).
The shipping and handling fees for exchanges are free. For the second exchange and subsequent exchanges, a fee of 500 yen will apply per exchange.
However, for discounted items such as OUTLET items or items purchased during a sale, an exchange fee of 500 yen will be charged.
Please note that returns for discounted items are not accepted.

Yes, we accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. When you return an item, we will ask for the reason for the return, as we would like to use this information to inform future purchasing decisions. We would greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing this information. There are no return fees or shipping costs.
You can choose to receive a refund for the purchase price of the item you wish to return, or receive store credit in the form of a gift card for use at KIT Store.
However, please note that we cannot accept returns for OUTLET items or items purchased during a sale period.

We apologize, but while discounted items can be exchanged, they cannot be returned.
Additionally, if the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we kindly ask that you choose another item. Thank you for your understanding.
The exchange fee is a flat rate of 500 yen.
We do not accept returns on discounted items.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products. These products are listed on their respective product description pages, so please check:
○Bulky items: large items such as jackets
○Socks, leg warmers, masks, etc.
○Outlet items: products with unclear prints or inconspicuous stains, and where this is noted on the product page.

KITSTORE is a specialty store for women's activewear founded in 2017.
The founder is a Japanese woman, just like you, who leads a busy life but believes in the importance of health, and therefore exercises regularly.
Our mission is to provide comfortable activewear, with the aim of helping more Japanese women become stronger in both mind and body through continuous exercise, and to live with confidence and radiance.

While "KIT" is often used in Japanese to refer to a complete set of something, like "○○ kit," in British English, "KIT" refers to a complete set of equipment and clothing for sports. We named our store KIT because we aim to provide kits for women who lead active and healthy lifestyles, such as yoga, dance, gym, or running.
Regarding the size

All product pages include sizing charts with actual product measurements and a guide to body measurements, so please refer to them.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size, though this may vary by product.
