1. Check the size chart.
Always refer to the size chart on the product page and select the size that best matches your body type.

2. Compare with apparel you already own.
If actual measurements are provided, it's helpful to compare them with well-fitting apparel you already own.

3. Is it better to go bigger than too small?
We've noticed many customers tend to order a size up when shopping online.

However, sports bras and leggings perform best when they fit snugly. If you're unsure, we recommend choosing the smaller size.

<Shipping>
Free shipping on orders over 4,900 yen.

For orders below that amount, a flat rate of 800 yen (tax included) will be charged. For Okinawa, a flat rate of 1,200 yen will be charged regardless of the order amount.

<Delivery>
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next day.

The fastest delivery possible is the morning of the next day (for the Honshu area).

<Exchanges>
If the size doesn't fit or the item is not as you expected, you can exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Even for sale items, exchanges are accepted for a fee of 500 yen.

<Returns>
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase.

Please note that returns are not accepted for items purchased during a sale period or items that have been discounted.

<Cases where returns and exchanges are not accepted>
Returns and exchanges are not possible for items that have been worn (excluding trying on), washed, or had tags removed, as well as some items such as socks and large items.
